These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Zero Tools website, related pages, chatbot demonstrations, inquiry processes, and associated communications. By accessing this website or using any part of it, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.

Zero Tools is an independent business brand operated by Mansoor Ali in Lahore, Pakistan, providing done-for-you AI website chatbot implementation and related business automation services.

1. Website Purpose

This website is provided for general informational, demonstration, inquiry, and business communication purposes. It may include descriptions of services, chatbot demonstrations, inquiry pathways, contact methods, and related business information associated with Zero Tools.

2. Use of This Website

3. No Guarantee of Service Availability

Zero Tools may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website, any chatbot demonstration, any page, any feature, or any communication mechanism at any time without prior notice. Availability of the website or any specific feature is not guaranteed.

4. Chatbot Demonstrations

This website may include chatbot demonstrations, sample interactions, or example service flows. These are provided for demonstration, illustration, and exploratory purposes only. Demonstration behavior shown on the website does not automatically create a binding service commitment, delivery obligation, or guarantee of identical implementation in all client projects.

5. Information Provided on the Website

Information presented on this website is provided for general business and service information purposes. While Zero Tools may update or refine website content over time, no warranty is made that all content is complete, fully current, or suitable for every user's specific circumstances.

6. Inquiry and Contact Submissions

If you submit an inquiry, complete a form, use a linked form, send an email, or communicate with Zero Tools through this website, you agree that the information you provide may be reviewed, stored, and used for legitimate business communication, inquiry handling, service discussion, internal review, and follow-up purposes.

7. No Automatic Client Relationship

Using this website, submitting an inquiry, interacting with a chatbot demonstration, or communicating with Zero Tools does not by itself create a formal client relationship, project agreement, service contract, or implementation obligation unless and until Zero Tools separately confirms such engagement.

8. Pricing and Commercial Terms

Prices and scope

Published setup prices are starting prices. Monthly platform charges are recurring. Optional support, additional customizations, and add-ons are separately priced where indicated. Final scope, price, and delivery arrangements are confirmed with the customer before work begins.

Payment milestones

Once scope and pricing are agreed, 50% of the setup fee is payable before development begins. The chatbot is demonstrated to the customer, who may request agreed in-scope adjustments and corrections. The remaining 50% of the setup fee and the first monthly platform fee are payable before live website deployment. The first monthly service period begins at launch. Changes outside the agreed scope require separate review and pricing.

Monthly renewal and cancellation

Monthly platform service continues month to month until cancelled, with no long-term contractual commitment. The customer may cancel at any time by contacting support@zerotools.tech. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, with no additional cancellation fee. After that period ends, the hosted chatbot stops operating. Cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for an unused portion of a paid period, subject to applicable law.

Setup fee refunds

If the customer cancels before development begins, the paid setup deposit is refundable. Once work begins, refunds are assessed in relation to work completed and reasonable committed costs, subject to applicable law. Following completed delivery, setup fees are generally non-refundable except where applicable law or an agreed remedy requires otherwise.

Customer content and data

Business information, materials, and documents provided by the customer remain theirs. Ongoing chatbot hosting and platform configuration are not automatically transferred on cancellation. Customers may request access to or export of their information, subject to available technical capabilities and applicable law. Reactivation may be possible where the necessary platform data remains available. Indefinite data retention and export of all platform data are not guaranteed.

9. Third-Party Tools and Services

This website may rely on or link to third-party services, including but not limited to hosting services, form systems, chatbot infrastructure, email services, embedded tools, fonts, analytics systems, content delivery services, and external websites. Zero Tools is not responsible for the independent operation, content, availability, or policies of third-party tools or services.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content, structure, layout, branding, text, design elements, and presentation of this website are the property of Zero Tools or are used under appropriate rights or permissions. You may view and use the website for personal or business evaluation purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit website content in a misleading or unauthorized manner.

11. User Conduct

You must not use this website to submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, malicious, offensive, infringing, or disruptive material. Zero Tools may restrict, ignore, or refuse interaction where misuse, abuse, spam, hostile behavior, or inappropriate website use is identified.

Responsibilities and remedies relating to paid chatbot implementation and ongoing services are governed by the separately agreed customer service terms and applicable law.

15. Service Discussions and Implementation
